Position Overview

B2B Sales Specialist (Irvine, CA) Manage target sales channels and lead strategic communication with key retail partners to drive revenue growth. Oversee B2B key account relationships, ensuring long-term partnership development and customer retention. Serve as the primary liaison for beauty brand clients, handling new product onboarding, SKU proposals, and end-to-end launch execution. Establish channel sales targets, monitor performance metrics, & analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pricing, merchandising, and operations teams to develop channel strategies and support successful product launches. Develop & implement channel-specific marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and improve sell-through performance. Prepare business reports, forecasts, & performance analyses to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. 40hrs/wk, Offered wage: $71,552/yr, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing or related and 24 months of experience as Sales / Marketing or related required.
