Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused B2B Operations Specialist to support wholesale and national retail operations across Canada and North America.
This role plays a critical part in coordinating purchase orders, inventory allocation, retailer compliance, and cross-functional execution to ensure seamless operations in a fast-growing distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order & Retail Operations Management


  • Manage purchase order processing from receipt to fulfillment

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely shipment

  • Monitor retailer routing, compliance, and documentation requirements

  • Track order status and proactively resolve operational issues


2. Inventory & Allocation Support


  • Monitor inventory levels and allocation by account

  • Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning

  • Identify potential stock risks and communicate with Sales team

  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting


3. Retail Compliance & Documentation


  • Ensure accurate item setup and SKU onboarding

  • Maintain retailer documentation, EDI compliance, and system accuracy

  • Support pricing updates and promotional execution


4. Reporting & Process Improvement


  • Prepare operational reports (inventory, order fill rate, backorders)

  • Analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

  • Assist with ERP data maintenance and system updates


5. Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Partner with Sales on promotional planning and allocation

  • Work with Finance on invoicing accuracy and deduction support


Coordinate with Brand partners on product availability and changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B operations, wholesale, or supply chain

  • Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or CPG distribution preferred

  • Strong Excel and reporting skills

  • ERP system experience required

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: CAD $70,000 – $80,000 (Base Salary)

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
